What we collect. To fulfil your order we process: name, email, shipping address, order history and payment confirmations. Payments are handled by our payment provider (cards, Klarna, Apple/Google Pay) – card numbers never touch our servers.
Why. Order processing, customer support, legally required bookkeeping, and (only with your consent via cookie settings) anonymised analytics to improve the store.
Who sees it. Our fulfillment partners receive only the name, address and items needed to ship your parcel. We never sell data.
Your rights (GDPR). Email hello@swolelift.com to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to withdraw marketing consent. You may complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
Cookies. We use essential cookies for cart/session, plus optional analytics cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
Data storage. Data is stored on servers within the EU/EEA or provider countries with adequacy decisions. Order data is kept as long as Swedish accounting law requires.
