Orders & prices. All prices are listed in SEK (auto-displayed in your currency for reference; your card is charged in SEK at checkout incl. VAT). We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before shipping.
Shipping. Packing within 24h; delivery 5-9 business days (EU/UK/US) with tracking. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Right of withdrawal (EU). You have 30 days to return unworn items with tags attached for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping cost is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or wrong. Refunds within 14 days of receiving the return.
Exchanges. Wrong size? We cover one free exchange per order – email hello@swolelift.com.
Product care. Follow the care notes on each product page. Damage from fabric softener or tumble drying is not considered a defect.
Disputes. Swedish law applies. EU residents can also use the online dispute resolution platform. Contact us first – we make things right.
